To me life is like a story book that unfolds each page everyday. You'll never know what will happen until it happens, which is why life is interesting, and everyone's is different haha... So I would like to read your storybook. Thanks"
Haha... George told me this when he tried persuading me to start a blog. I asked him what's so interesting when people like me are simple minded, with no insights to life and would just blog about daily stuff. Then that's what he told me! Wow! How successful those words are... haha I am actually starting a blog!
Actually I've been thinking of starting one for quite some time. But in the end I'll always call off the idea because I know the plain old (ok hit the big two already… but still not that old =P) LAZY me will not spend time managing it! Haha... then again... after what George said and what I heard from Huiyian and other friends who are bloggers, I guess a blog is really worth maintaining, not so much for others... but more for myself! For me to reflect, to remember (yes, I know how forgetful I am bleahz...) and to expel some negative emotions haha and of course share the good ones.
Some interesting facts I read (in TODAY, 30 Nov 06) about blogging:
1. Global blogosphere is doubling in size every 230 days, a blog created every second (so here I am to contribute! ^ ^)
2. 18% of the Singaporeans (in a survey) were interested in politicians' blog
3. 74% of Singaporean bloggers are female!
4. 62% of all blogs in Asia receive 20 or fewer visitors in a week (HAHA)
Well, who cares if I have an audience or not... haha I guess everyone will agree that YOU are your best audience! So I am mine! Of course I won't mind if you would like to join me, as I unfold each page of my storybook... =)
